I grew up in the area and know the neighborhoods, schools, market conditions, zoning regulations and local economy.
I have experience successfully buying and selling homes in complex markets. When representing sellers I design custom made Competitive Market Analysis (CMA) so you understand the local market and we'll develop a custom marketing plan to get your property in front of the right buyers.  I approach buyer clients the same way, I want to know what you’re looking for, how long you want to own it, and why you are buying.  With every client, I will work with you to outline your goals and create a customized plan based on your unique needs and requirements.. 

You'll get honest answers and my complete attention in your real estate transaction. Sellers will have comprehensive updates during a listing period with detailed reports on open house traffic and comments. We'll meet monthy to discuss your listings, to make sure we are moving your listing in the right direction.  Buyers will not feel lost, or like you aren't getting the attention that you deserve in this important purchase.  You'll be personally notified within 24 to 48 hours of all new listings that meet your criteria, no matter what real estate company holds the listing.  In short, I'll do the leg work keeping you up-to-date with new listings and conditions as they impact the market.

I'll guide you through the complexities of buying and/or selling real property, minimizing hassles and stress.  I've worked through forclosures and short sales and will push the mortgage companies throught the transaction.


I'll use my connections throughout the mortgage industry to get you the best lender possible.


As a business practice I preview homes as they become available, keeping you apprised of market conditions as they evolve.


I won't waste your time - when an offer is made, I'll require acceptance or a counter offer within 24 to 48 hours.  Same goes for showing your property, you will receive feedback within that same period of time.


You'll have the advantage of personal, one-on-one attention, as well as my dynamic web and e-mail resources.


I'm also a full time Licensed Salesperson and a member of the National, State, and local board of Realtors® - anything less and you'd be short changed.
